Email addresses (newsletter only). If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address with our email platform. That's it. We use it to send you Las Vegas travel updates. We never sell, trade, or share your email with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Usage analytics via Plausible. We use Plausible Analytics to understand which pages are popular and where our traffic comes from. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics tool: it does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. The data it gathers is fully anonymised and aggregated — we can see that "200 people visited the Casinos page today" but not who those people are.

We do not collect your name, location, device fingerprint, or any personally identifying information beyond the email address you voluntarily provide.

Plausible Analytics uses no cookies. Unlike Google Analytics, Plausible does not place any tracking cookies in your browser. You will not see a cookie consent banner from us because of Plausible — there's nothing to consent to.

Your shortlist lives in your browser. Vega5's shortlist feature (saving resorts, restaurants, and experiences you're considering) stores data in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers. Clear your browser storage and the shortlist is gone — it's entirely yours.

Cookie preference. If we ever display a cookie consent notice, your preference is stored in your browser's localStorage only — it is not transmitted to any server.

Some links on Vega5 are affiliate links. When you click one and make a purchase, we earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are always marked with a ✦ symbol so you know what you're clicking.

We earn affiliate commissions from the following platforms:

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. In practice, the only personal data we might hold is your email address if you subscribed to our newsletter.
